Meet Natasha and her staff.
At Compass 360, Natasha serves as a dedicated Intervention Specialist, playing a vital role in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment for students with developmental disabilities. She is committed to meeting each student’s unique needs while providing individualized support that encourages academic, social, and emotional growth.
Working alongside RBT Heidi Carl and Paraprofessional Megan Baucher, Natasha helps create a nurturing classroom where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Together, they work closely with students and families to provide individualized support and connect them with essential educational resources and services.
Through specialized instruction, behavioral support, and strong collaboration, Natasha and her team reflect the mission and spirit of the Auglaize County Educational Service Center, ensuring every student has meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and experience success.
