At Compass 360, Elaine Wiesenmayer serves as a dedicated Intervention Specialist, playing a pivotal role in providing individualized support to students. Working alongside passionate paraprofessionals Hope Swaney, Jestony Chancey, Heidi Carl and Van Lynn Owens, Elaine helps create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment that truly reflects the mission and spirit of the Auglaize County Educational Service Center (ESC).

Together, this committed team understands the unique challenges faced by students with developmental disabilities and works closely with families to connect them to the resources and services they need to thrive. Through specialized academic instruction and supportive services, they ensure every student has meaningful opportunities for success—empowering students and strengthening the community they serve.
