Makynna leads a dynamic team in her Compass 360 school-age classroom, where she is dedicated to enhancing the learning experience for students with developmental disabilities. She works alongside skilled staff members Natasha Kramer, Delani Horn, and Crystal McDaniel to create a supportive, engaging environment tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Together, this collaborative team embodies the mission of the Auglaize County Educational Service Center (ESC) by serving students and connecting families with essential educational resources and services. Their shared commitment ensures that every child is supported, empowered, and given the opportunity to thrive throughout their academic journey.
