Meet Makynna and her staff.

At Compass 360, Makynna leads a dynamic school-age classroom, playing an important role in providing individualized support and specialized instruction to students with developmental disabilities. Working alongside skilled RBT Delani Horn, Makynna helps create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment where every student is supported, valued, and given the opportunity to grow.

Together, this committed team understands the unique needs and challenges faced by students with developmental disabilities. They work closely with students and families to provide individualized support and connect families with the resources and services they need to thrive.

Through specialized academic instruction, behavioral support, and collaborative services, the Compass 360 team strives to ensure that every student has meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and experience success.
