With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Lisa Tobin brings a deep passion for nurturing young learners and supporting families during the most critical years of development. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of impactful roles, including Early Intervention Specialist, Itinerant Preschool Teacher, and Special Education Preschool Teacher. These diverse experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of child development, inclusive practices, and individualized learning strategies.
As an Early Intervention Specialist, she partnered closely with families to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays, helping to build strong foundations for lifelong learning. In her work as an Itinerant Preschool Teacher, she collaborated with classroom teachers to ensure children with special needs received appropriate supports within inclusive settings. Her years as a Special Education Preschool Teacher further strengthened her expertise in differentiated instruction, individualized education plans (IEPs), and creating nurturing, structured environments where every child can thrive.
Now serving as a Preschool Director, she is committed to fostering a positive, collaborative school culture where teachers feel supported, families feel valued, and children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. She believes in the power of play-based learning, strong family partnerships, and ongoing professional growth for educators. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, experience, and a steadfast dedication to helping every child reach their fullest potential.
