Meet Russ and his staff.

At St. Marys Middle School, Teacher Russ Patton leads a passionate and student-centered team dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every learner is valued. Alongside Paraprofessionals Cooper Chung, Sandy John and RBT Amy Jackman the team works collaboratively to support students with developmental disabilities through individualized instruction and compassionate care.

This classroom is built on the belief that all students can succeed when provided with the right tools, encouragement, and opportunities. The team focuses on fostering academic growth, social development, and independence while ensuring students feel safe, supported, and empowered each day. In partnership with the Auglaize County ESC, they also serve as a vital connection for families, helping them access essential resources and services that extend beyond the classroom. Together, this dedicated group exemplifies a culture of learning, care, and commitment to student success.
